A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIOTS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF CER-
TAIN STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT.
STORM SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT SR-140 DISTRICT SR-140
WHEREAS, Storm Sewer Improvement SR-140, Dis-
trict SR-140, has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager
and City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Niami Beach, Florida, that
the City Clerk cause notice to be given in accord-
ance with the Charter of said City, that a meeting
of the City Council will be held at 10 o 'clock
A. T.T. on November 5th, 1930, at the City Hall, at
which time and place said City Council will hear
any objections of persons interested in or affect-
ed by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October,
A. D. 1930.
