BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has beeniven, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meetin_r of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 O ' clock A. F. , November
5th, 1930, it would hear any objections of -persons
interested in or affected by the above designated
improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvement, as
completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November,
