A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS TO
THE ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN STORM
SEWER IMPROVEMENT .
STORM SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT SR-127 DISTRICT SR-127
WHEREAS, Storm Sewer Improvement SR-127, District
SR-127, has been completed and acceptance of said im-
provement recommended by the City Manager and the City
Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 o 'clock A. M. on November 19th,
1930, at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons inter-
ested in or affected by the said improvement as to the
acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, A. D.
