RESOLUTION NO . 2330
DISTPICT SK-66 SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-66
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
orered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 of the City Ch�.rter:
SK-66 A five foot concrete sidewalk on the north side of
Twenty-seve }th Street from the West line of Collins
Avenue to the East line of Indian Creek `rive, as
said Street, Avenue and Drive are shown on the
plats recored in Plat Book No . 5, Pages 7 and 8 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as
said Twenty-seventh Street is named and designated
in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with t''e
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the .r
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-66, and the property against which
asse-sments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SK-66.
