WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 5th day of November , 1930, ordered the
Sidewalk Improvement SK-66 , District SK-66 , and
{ the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,

has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidenta.l expenses of said rovement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 19th day of
November , 1930, at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o 'clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time -and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sidewalk Improvement
SK-66 , District SK-66 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed, and the City Council hereby declares its intention
of proceeding with City Forces, appropriation of $ 371.95
being made from Undesignated Capital Fund.
