Resolution 2344 RESOLUTION NO. 234 -
A RESOLUTION DESCRIBING THE FORM
OF BALLOT TO BE USED AT THE GEN-
ERAL CITY ELECTION DECEMBER 16th,
1930.
WHEREAS, the following named persons have been
petitioned by twenty-five or more qualified electors
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , to participate
in the general election to be held in said City on
December 16th, 1930, said persons having been request-
ed to be candidates for the respective offices indi-
cated below, and,
WHEREAS, each such person having been requested
by separate petition, which was filed with this City
Council not more than sixty nor less than twenty days
prior to the time for the holding of said election, to-
wit:
For the Office of Mayor:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk
cause to be prepared ballots for use at said election in
number twice as many as there are qualified electors,
which ballot shall be in substantially the following form,
with the names above set forth as candidates for the res-
pective offices alphabetically arranged thereon:
