A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS TO
THE ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT .
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-120 DISTRICT H-120
WHEREAS, Highway Improvement H-120, District H-
i 120, has been completed and acceptance of said improve-
ment recommended by the City Manager and the City Engi-
neer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 o ' clock A. M. on December 17th,
1930, at the City Hall, .t which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons inter-
ested in or affected by the said improvement as to the
acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, A. D.
1930.
