RESOLUTION NO. 231.9
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS TO
THE ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN WATER-
FRONT IMPROVEMENT .
WATERFRONT IMPROVEMENT BP-3 DISTRICT BP-3
WHEREAS, Waterfront Improvement BP-3, District
BP-3, has been completed and acceptance of said im-
crovement recommended by the City Manager and the
City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 o 'clock A. N. on December 17th,
1930, at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons inter-
ested in or affected by the said improvement as to the
acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, A. D.
