RESOLUTION NO . 2350
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS TO
THE ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN WATER-
FRONT IMPROVEMENT.
WATERFRONT IMPROVE1 ENT BP-4 DISTRICT BP-4
WHEREAS, Waterfront Improvement BP-4, District
BP-4, has been completed and acceptance of said im-
provement recommended by the City Manager and the
City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV.ID by the City Coun-
cil of the City of :; iami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 o 'clock A. M. on December 17th,
1930, at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons inter-
ested in or affected by the said improvement as to the
acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rdday of December, A. D.
