WATERFRONT
IMPROVEMENT BP-3 DISTRICT BP-3
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , December
17th, A. D. 1930 it would hear any objections of per-
sons interestec in or affected by the above designated
improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvement, as
completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December,
A. D. 1930.
