RESOLUTION NO . 2354
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the cer-
tificate of the President of the City Council, one
Member of said City Council and the Supervisor of Re-
gistration of the result of the canvass of the returns
of the general election held in said City on December
16th, 1930, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said
returns and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of said City that they hereby adopt"the said certi-
ficate as the result of said election and it is hereby
ordered that the same be recorded in the minutes of
this meeting as a permanent record.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, A. D.
