Resolution 2358 RESOLUTION NO. 2358
WHEREAS, L. E. Johnson proposes to make applica-
tion to the War Department for permission to construct
a wharf in Indian Creek off of Outlot 20, Block 28 of
the Ocean Front Property of The Miami Beach Improve-
ment Company, within the municipal limits of Miami
Beach, Florida, as shown upon drawing; marked:
"PROPOSED WHARF
ON INDIAN CREEK
OF MIAP:'`I BiACH, FLA.
APPLICATION BY L. E . JOHNSON
NOV. 4, 1930"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and.
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said L. E.
Johnson will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view, provided, how-
ever, that waivers of objections to said construction
are also received from the adjoining property owners,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive, end it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of December, A. D.
1930.
