RESOLUTION NO. 2360
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has a deposit
in the City Bank of Miami Beach, Florida , secured by
collateral held by City Trust Company of Miami , a
trust company in Miami , Florida, and,
WHEREAS, the said City Bank of Miami Beach has
been closed by the Comptroller of the State of
Florida , and it is deemed to be to the best interests
of said City of Miami Beach that said collateral be
withdrawn from the said City Trust Company of Miami,
and placed elsewhere for safe-keeping,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, That the City
Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
immediately withdraw from the said City Trust Company
of Miami, all collateral held by it as security for
deposits of said City in said. City Bank of Miami Beach,
and place same with the First Trust and Savings Bank
of Miami, Florida , for safe-keeping, taking a good and
sufficient receipt therefor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, A.D.
1931 .
