A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF PROP-
ERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN REMONSTRANCES
TO THE CONFIRMATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS .
DISTRICTS BP-3 & BP-4 WATERFRONT IMPROVE-
MENTS BP-3 & BP-4
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements
in accordance with the provisions of Section 29, of
the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 10:00 A. M. , January 21st , 1931, at which
time all interested persons may appear and file writ-
ten objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January i
