A RESOLUTION CALLING ,A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN RE4�ON-
STRANC ES TO THE CONFIRMATION OF AN
ASSESSMENT ROLL.
DISTRICT SR--144 Sanitary Sewer Im-

WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has been cora-

pleted by the City Engineer and filed by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improvement in accor-
dance with the provisions of Section 29, of the City
Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk

cause notice to be given in accordance with said City
Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be held
at 10:00 A. M. , January 21st , 1931, at which time all
interested persons may appear and file written objec-
tions to the confirmation of said. roll.
