RESOLUTION NO. 2365
DISTRICT H-121 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-121
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
H-121 EUCLID AVENUE: From the North line of Fifth Street
• to the North line of Lot 6, Block 57 of Ocean Beach
Florida, Addition No. 3, produced Easterly, to be
paved., and where heretofore paved, to be repaved, to
a width of Forty feet, with a Bituminous Wearing
Surface on a 10" Rock Base, with necessary drainage,
sewer inlets, manholes, and catch basins, and improved
on both sides with a concrete curb and. gutter;
As said Avenue, Street, Lot, Block, and Subdivision
are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 2 at Page
81, and in Plat Book No, 21 at Page 26 of. the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Avenue
is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica—
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-121, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District H-121.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January ,A.D. ,1931.
