RESOLUTION NO . 2367
DISTRICT SR-146 SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT SR-146
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby
setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of
the City Charter:
SR-146 The laying underground of a 10" Terra Cotta
or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and neces-
sary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the South curb of Sixty-third
Street, from a point at or near the center
line of Sheridan Avenue to a point at or near
the East curb of Alton Road;
The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and neces-
sary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the South curb of West Sixty-third
Street from a point at or near the said East
curb of Alton Road to a point on the Westerly
line of Lot 23, Block 2 of La Gorce Golf Sub-
division produced Northerly;
Together with a 6" Terra. Cotta or a 6" Con-
crete Sewer Lateral to the line of approxi-
mately each sixty feet of abutting property
as a part of the main improvement;
As said Street, Road, Avenue, Lot, Block
and Subdivision are shown on Plats recorded
in Plat Book 16 at Page 10, and in Plat Book
14 at Page 43 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, character, and size of said improve-
ment be subsequently determined in conform-
ity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind
of said improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of expenses of preliminary
and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and esti-
mates, the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses ne-
cessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-
146, and the property against which assessments therefor
may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as
District SR-14-6.
