RESOLUTION NO. _ 2368
DISTRICT SR-147 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-147
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-147 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta or
an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center line of the Easement
through Block 2 of LaGorce Golf Subdivision
from a point at or near the South curb of
West Sixty-third Street to a point at or
near the Southerly line of Lot 7 of said
Block 2;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6"
Concrete Sewer Lateral to the line of
approximately each Fifty feet of abutting
property as a part of the main improvement;
As said Street, Lot, Block, Subdivision,
and Easement are shown on a Plat recorded
in Plat Book 14 at Page 43 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, character, and size of said improve-
ment be subsequently determined in conformity
with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimatesr the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvements shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-147, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-147.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January ,A. D. 1931 .
