Resolution 2390 RESOLUTION NO. 2390
WHEREAS, The Bath Club proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to con-
struct a steel sheet pile groyne in Atlantic Ocean,
off Lots 20, 21 and 21-A, Block 1, Second Ocean Front
Subdivision, within the municipal limits of the City
of Miami Beech, Florida, as shown upon two drawings
designated Sheet 1 of 2 and. Sheet 2 of 2, marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLICATION
TO CONSTRUCT
A STEEL SHEET PILE GROYNE IN ATLANTIC OCEAN
FOR THE BATH CLUB
LOTS 20-21 & 21-A BLOCK ONE SECOND OCEAN
FRONT SUBD'V 'N .
MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
H. W. THOMAS AGENT FOR THE OWNERS
FEBRUARY 6th 1931"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Bath
Club will not interfere with any plans for work which
the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by' the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida , in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said. City Council waive, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1Sth day of February,
A. D. 1931.
