A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF IM-
PROVEL NTS.
SANITARY SEWER IM- DISTRICTS SR-146
PROVET,.';ENTS SR-146 and SR-147 and SR-114-7
WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer Improvements SR-146
and SR-147, Districts SR-146 and SR-147, respective-
ly, have been completed and acceptance of said im-
provements recommended by the City Manager and the
City Engineer,
NOW,- THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that
the City Clerk cause notice to be given in accord-
ance with the Charter of said City, that a meeting
of the City Council will be held at 10:00 o'clock
A. I% on March lath, A. D. 1931, at the City Hall,
,:t rhich time and place said City Council will hear
any objections of persons interested in or affected
by the saidimprovements as to the acceptance there-
of by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of larch, A. D.
1931.
