DISTRICT SR-149 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR*»148
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TETE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby sett .ng forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SEL-149 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and neces-
sary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of West Thirty-first
Street from a point which is Two Hundred
Fifty-two feet Westerly of the West Line
of Pine Tree Drive to a point which is
One Hundred Feet Westerly of said West Line
of Pine Tree Drive;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a b"
Concrete Sewer Lateral to the street line
of Lot 1, Block 41;
As said Street, Drive, Lot and Block are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 6
at Page 111 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, character, and size of said improve-
ment be subsequently determined in con.
formity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other ex-
penses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SRw149, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-149.
