RESOLUTION NO. 2397
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-11--9 SR--11+9
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 4th day of March , 19 ,33, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-149 ,, District SR-149 , and
the -City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has pre-oared end filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidenta.l expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication Es required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the lSth day of
:a.rch , 131 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o 'clock A. M. , receive and hear objection: of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said imarovement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place afor.esa.id,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beech, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-149 , District SR-149 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed, and the City Council hereby declares their inten-
tion to proceed with City Forces without contract.
