BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , March
18th, A. D. 1931 it would hear any objections of per-
sons interested in or affected by the above designated
improvement8 as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvements, as
completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th da.y of Larch,
A. D. 1931.
