RESOLUTION NO. 2412
WHEREAS, Le Gro Properties, Incorporated, pro-
pose certain dredging, filling and bulkheading oper-
ations in developing an island in North Biscayne Bay,
as shown upon four drawings marked Sheet 1 of 4,
Sheet 2 of 4, Sheet 3 of 4 and Sheet 4 of 4, entitled:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR DREDGING, FILLING AND BULKHEADING
IN DEVELOPING AN ISLAND
IN NORTH BISCAYNE BAY
MIAMI, FLORIDA
FOR LE GRO PROPERTIES INC.
APRIL 2 1931
H. W. THOMAS AGENT FOR OWNERS"
and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the dredging area for the
proposed work lies within the municipal limits of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, although the proposed
island itself lies outside of said municipal limits,
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and

WHEREAS, the work contemplated by said Le Gro
Properties, Incorporated, will not interfere with any
plans for work which the said City Council has in
view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, A. D.
1931.
