RESOLUTION NO. 241+
WHEREAS, it appears that the lots fronting on
41st Street in Block 1, Nursery Subdivision are
classified in the "BA" District and that the balance
of the lots in said block are classified in the "RD"
District, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, on its own initiative deems it advis-
able to consider the redistricting and rezoning of
this entire block in such a manner as to make possi-
ble the erection of a public school building thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public
hearing be called on the 6th day of May, 1931, at
10:00 o'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose of
considering the amending, supplementing, changing,
modifying or repealing of the regulations, restric-
tions and boundaries of the hereinafter described
1 property:
Block One (1) in Nursery Subdivision,
in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
as recorded in Plat Book 23 at Page
66, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,
so as to change said area from its present Use Dis-
trict classification to what is known as "RE" Multi-
ple-Family District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time,
place and object of such hearing be published as pro-
vided by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, A.D.
1931.
