RESOLUTION NO. 2415
WHEREAS, it appears that Lots 1 to 44, inclu-
sive, Block 1, and Lots 1 to 4, inclusive, and Lots
37 to 44, inclusive , in Block 2, of Palm Island are
now classified in the "RAA" District, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, on its own initiative deems it advis-
able to consider the redistricting and rezoning of
the property above described into an "RA" District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public
hearing be called on the 6th day of May, 1931, at
10:00 o'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose of
considering the amending, supplementing, changing,
modifying or repealing of the regulations, restric-
tions and boundaries of the hereinafter described
property:
Lots 1 to 44, inclusive, Block 1, and
Lots 1 to 4, inclusive, and Lots 37 to
44, inclusive, in Block 2, of Palm
Island, all in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 6 at
Page 54, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,
so as to change said area from what is known as "RAA"
Residence District to "RA" Residence District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time,
place and object of such hearing be published as pro-
vided by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, A.D.
1931.
