Resolution 2418 RESOLUTION NO. 2418
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, That the City At-
torney and City Clerk be authorized and instruct-
ed to cause such newspaper advertisement to be
made as is required by law, with regard to a bill
which we propose to have introduced in the pre-
sent session of the Legislature of the State of
Florida, making such changes in the present Char-
ter of the City of Miami Beach as are necessary
to conform with the present provisions of the
State Constitution with reference to the author-
ization and issuance of bonds.
