BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, That the City At-
torney and City Clerk be authorized and instruct-
ed to cause such newspaper advertisement to be
made as is required by law, with regard to a bill
which we propose to have introduced in the pre-
sent session of the Legislature of the State of
Florida, making possible the redistricting of the
County Commissioner Districts of Dade County, so
as to provide for the election of a Commissioner
from the territorial limits of the City of Miami
Beach, together with the territory lying north of
our City Limits as far as the north County Line
and east of the Inland Waterway.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April,
A. D. 1931.
