RESOLUTION NO . 2423
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL .
DISTRICT SR-148 SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT SR-14$
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has 'been com-
pleted by the City Engineer and filed by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improvement in accor-
dance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30, of the
City Charter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with said City
Charter that a meeting of the City Council will 'be held
at 10:00 o 1 clock A. M. , May 20th , 1931 , at which
time all interested persons may appear and file written
objections to the confirmation of said roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May,
