RESOLUTION NO. 2+27
WHEREAS, Orleans Corporation proposes to make
application to the War Department for permission
for dredging and filling and sea wall in Biscayne
Bay, within the municipal limits of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon two drawings de-
signated Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2, marked:
"PROPOSED DREDGING AND FILLING
AND PROPOSED SEA WALL
IN BISCAYNE BAY MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
APPLICATION BY ORLEANS CORPORATION
WATSON & GARRIS, ENGINEERS.
MIAMI - FLORIDA.
MAY - 1931. "
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said
.Orleans Corporation will not interfere with any plans
for work which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
