WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer Improvements SR-1ct,
SR-121, SR-122, SR-123, SR-12.4- SR-125, SR-128, SR-129,
SR-130SR-13SR-132SR-I33, S -134SR-135, SR-136,
SR-137, SR-141, SR-I4�4, SR-145j, SR-l14. SR7.149 and
SR-150, Sanitary Sewer Districts , SR-120, SR-121,
SR-122, SR-123, SR-124, SR-125, SR-128, SR-129, SR-130,
SR-131, SR-132, SR-133, SR-1 , SR-135, SR-136, SR-137,
SR-141, SR-144, SR-145, SR -148, SR-149 and SR-150, re-
spectively, have been completed and acceptance of said
improvements recommended by the City Manager and the
City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on June 3rd,
A. D. 1931, at the City Hall, at which time and place
said. City Council will hear ny objections of persons
interested in or affected by the said improvements as
to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, A. D.
1931.
