Resolution 2432 RESOLUTION NO. 2 -32
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it being
deemed necessary and expedient for promoting and
maintaining the general welfare and convenience of
the City of Miami Beach, and in order that the City
Clerk may more efficiently perform the duties of
his office, the said City Clerk is hereby author-
ized and empowered, subject to the approval of the
said City Council, to appoint such deputies in his
said office as he may deem necessary and advisable,
which said deputies are hereby vested with all of
the powers and authority necessary in order to
fully perform the duties of their said offices.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, A.D.
1931.
