RESOLUTION NO.21 .3__
DISTRICT SR-151 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMFST
SR-151
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its in-
tention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-151 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary
Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the East curb of Pine Tree Drive from
a point at or near the center of West Thirty-
third Street to a point at or near the center of
West Thirty-fifth Street;
In and across the said Pine Tree Drive at or near
tba South Curb of the said West Thirty-fifth Street,
produced Westerly from a point at or near the said
East Curb of Pine Tree Drive to a point at or near
the West curb of the said Pine Tree Drive;
At or near the said West curb of Pine Tree Drive
from a point at or near the said South Curb of
West Thirty-fifth Street, produced Westerly to a
point at cr near the said center of Nest Thirty-
fifth Street, produced Westerly;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from main sewer to the line of
approximately each one hundred feet of adjacent
property, as a part of the main improvement;
As said Streets and Drive are shown on Plats re-
corded in Plat Book No. 10, at Page 3, and Plat
Book No. 8 at Page 116 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida ;
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, character and size of said improvement
be subsequently determined in conformity with one
of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property,
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and ponds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR- 151, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
