RESOLUTION NO. 2434
DISTRICT SR-152 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT
SR-152
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its in-
tention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR 152 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta.
Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary
Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of West Thirty-fifth Street
from a point at or near the East Curb of Pine
Tree Drive to a point at or near the center of
Flamingo Drive;
At or near the said center of Flamingo Drive
from a point at or near the said center of West
Thirty-fifth Street to the Northerly line of
Lot 18, Block 4 of Flamingo Terrace Subdivision,
produced Easterly;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral from the main sewer to the street
line of the said Lot 18, Block 4, of Flamingo
Terrace Subdivision;
As said Street, Drive$,Lot, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 10,
at Page 3 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, character and size of said improvement be
subsequently determined in conformity with one of
such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-152, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
