WHEREAS, on the 20th day of May , 1931, the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
1 the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-152, District SR-152, and directed the City Engineer

vim. THEREFO Z E, BE IT .Til-OLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of
Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Ave-
nue Fire Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice
1. stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami
