Resolution 2437 RESOLUTION NO. 2437
WHEREAS, W. H. McKenna proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to con-
struct a dock in Biscayne Bay off Lot 22, Block 14,
La Gorce Golf Subdivision, within the Municipal Lim-
its of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown
upon two drawings designated Sheet 1 and Sheet 2,
marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLICATION
TO CONSTRUCT DOCK AT
ON LOT 22 BLOCK 14 LA GORCE GOLF SUB.
FOR W. H. McKENNA"
and, "DRAWING OF PROPOSED CREOSOTE PILE AND
TIMBER DOCK AT
ON LOT 22 - 52 ST. AND BAY MIAMI BEACH
PERMIT REQUESTED BY W. H. McKENNA"
respectively, and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said
W. H. McKenna will not interfere with any plans for
work which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, A. D.
1931.
