RESOLUTION NO . 240
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
I .IPROVE+DENT SR-151 SR-1551
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 20th day of May , 1931, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Iio::ovement SR-151, District SR-151, and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cif ications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 3rd day of
June , A. D. , 1931, at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o 'clock A. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
TH EPTFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Peach, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council o:rderin said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-151, District SR-151, be and the same is hereby con-
firmed, and the City Council hereby declares its intention
to proceed with City Forces without Contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June
