RESOLUTION NO . 2447
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL .
DISTRICT H-121 HIGHWAY IMPROVH-
MENT H-121
• WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has been com-
pleted by the City Engineer and filed by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improvement in accor-
dance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30, of the
City Charter ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with said City
Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be held
at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. , June 17th , 1931, at which
time all interested persons may appear and file written
objections to the confirmation of said roll .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June ,
A. D. 1931.
