RESOLUTION NO . 21.51
SIDEWALK DISTRICT
I ;MPROVEMENT SK-67 SK-67
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 3rd day of June , 1931, ordered the
Sidewalk Improvement SK-67 , District SK-67, and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has r_re-oared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been marie that the City Council would on the 17th day of
June, A. D. , 1931, .t the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o 'clock A. 7_ , receive and hear objections of 911 persons
interested to the confirmation ation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objection3 having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFO?E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami :ecch, Florida., that the acid resolution of

SK-67 , District SK-67, be and the came is hereby con-
firmed.
