RESOLUTION NO, 2 -53
DISTRICT SR_153 SANITARY SEWER
I , PROVEMENT SR-153
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby settinggforth its intention
to proceed under Section 26 and 30 of the City Charer :
SR-153 The laying underground or an S" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer,
and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of Flamingo Drive from the
Northerly line of Lot 18, Block 4 of Flamingo
Terrace Subdivision, produced Easterly to the
Northerly line of Lot 13, of the said Block 4,
Flamingo Terrace Subdivision, produced Easterly;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete
Sewer Lateral fro..; the main sewer to the street
line or Lot 22, Block 3 or the said Flamingo
Terrace Subdivision;
As said Drive, Lots, Blocks and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 10, at Page
3 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said i-orove:gent be subsequently
determined in contoraity with one of such descriptions,
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the cost of ex—
penses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work; the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparati ,n
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any otner expenses necessary end proper in conducting the proceedings
and work nerein provided for; and the estimated amount -i;o be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property,
This Improverent shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-1b3, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be wade for the cost tnereof shall be
designated as District SR-153,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of Jul" A. D. , 1931 ,
