Resolution 2458 RESOLUTION NO. 245g
WHEREAS, C. Warner Stork proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to drive
five mouring piles in Biscayne Bay off Lot 35, Block 1,
Palm Island, within the municipal limits of the City
of Miami. Beach, Florida, shown upon drawing marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY APPLICATION OF
C. WARNER STORK
FOR PERMIT TO DRIVE 5 MOURING PILES
IN BISCAYNE BAY AT PALM ISLAND
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
PREPARED BY BISCAYNE ENGINEERING CO.
MIAMI FLORIDA.
JUNE 1931. "
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said C.
Warner Stork will not interfere with any plans for
work which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.

1931.
