BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o'clock A. M. , July 15th,
A. D. 1931, it would hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the above designated im-
provements as to the acceptance thereof, and no objec-
tions having been presented, said improvements , as
completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July, A. D.
1931.
