Resolution 2462 RESOLU'T I ON NO. 2+62
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of June, 1931, at the
request of the Orleans Corporation, the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach waived objections to the
proposed dredging and filling and proposed seawall
in Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, Florida, by its Resolu-
tion No. 249, and
WHEREAS, upon further consideration, the said
City Council is now of the opinion that said proposed
island and seawall might be a hindrance to navigation
and the further development of harbor facilities in
and about said area,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in consider-
ation thereof, the said City Council hereby withdraws
said waiver of objections.
