RESOLUTION NO. 21E611-
WHEREAS, R. S. Rhoads proposes to make applica-
tion to the lar Department for permission to con-
struct a sea-wall off Lots 38 and 39, Star Island,
within the municipal limits of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, as shown upon two drawings marked:
"SEA WALL FOR R. S. RHOADS
LOTS 38 & 39 STAR ISLAND
MIAMI BEACH FLA
JUNE 10 1931"
and
"PLAT OF STAR ISLAND IN BISCAYNE BAY
SITUATED IN SEC. 11. TWP 51. S RANGE 4+2 E
DADE COUNTY FLORIDA
MIAMI OCEAN VIEW CO
MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said R. S.
Rhoads will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August , A.D.
