SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-155 DISTRICT SR-155
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council here-
by setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29
and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-155 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Gotta
or an S" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and neces-
sary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of Garden Avenue from
a point at or near the center of West Thir-
ty-Fourth Street to a point at or near the
center of West Thirty-Seventh Street;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Con-
crete Sewer Lateral from the main sewer to
the street line of Lots 1, 3 and 5 of
Block 7, and Lot 2 of Block 6, as a part of
the main improvement.
As said Avenue, Streets , Lots, and Blocks
are shown on a Plat Recorded in Plat Book
No. 31 at Page 9 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida;
And it is hereby directed that the mater-
ial, nature, character, and size of said
improvement be subsequently determined in
conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind
of said improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, in-
eluding an estimate of the cost of expenses of preliminary
and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimates , the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during con-
struction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceed-
ings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-155,
and the property against which assessments therefor may be
made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District
SR-155.
