Resolution 2482 RESOLUTION NO. 2482
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, That Mr. E. P. Duncan, Liqui-
dator for Southern Bank & Trust Company, be and he is
hereby requested to turn over to Mr. C. W. Tomlinson,
City Clerk of said City, the bonds aggregating
$10,000.00, being as follows:
Dade County Goulds Special Drainage District #1 Bonds,
dated 10-1-19, 61/, interest payable April and October,
as follows:
Numbers 5 and 6, due 1935, $500.00 each . . . $1,000.00
Numbers 4, 5, 6 and 7, due 1936, $500.00 each 2,000.00
Numbers 5, 6 and 7, due 1937, $500.00 each . . 1, 500.00
Numbers 5, 6, 7 and 8, due 1938, $500.00 each 2,000.00
Numbers 9 10, 11 12, 13 , 14 and 15, due
1939, $500.00 each 3, 500.00
$10,000.00
each of the above bonds bearing interest coupon due Oc-
tober 1st, 1931, and all subsequent coupons, also
$600.00 in cash which has been collected as interest on
said bonds , all of which have been heretofore held by
the said Southern Bank & Trust Company, Agent , in be-
half of the said City of Miami Beach, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October, A. D.
1931.
