A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICA-
TION TO THE WAR DEPARTMENT OF THE
UNITED STATES FOR PERMISSION TO
CONSTRUCT A DOCK AND DRIVE MOORING
PILING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, That Ed R. Neff,
City Engineer for said City be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to make application to
the War Department of The United States for a
permit to construct a dock and drive mooring
piles in Biscayne Bay in front of property owned
by the City of Miami Beach immediately south of
the east viaduct of the County Causeway approach
at Fifth Street in the City of Miami Beach, as
shown and designated on two sketches prepared by
said City Engineer to accompany said application,
and to make such application in the name of said
City, or in his own name as representative of the
said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lath day of November,
A. D. 1931.
