A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS.
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENTS SR-153, SR-l54, DISTRICTS SR-153,
SR155 and SR-156 SR-151, SR-155 and
SR-156
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-153,
SR-154, SR-155 and SR-156, DISTRICTS SR-153 , SR-154,
SR-155 and SR-156, respeotively, have been completed
and acceptance of said improvements recommended by
the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on December
2nd, A. D. 1931, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ments as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lath day of November,
A. D. 1931.
