RESOLUTION NO. 2+95
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That all vouchers or warrants drawn upon
any depository of City of Miami Beach
funds be signed by C. R. Tomlinson, City Clerk, and
be countersigned by Claude A. Renshaw, City Manager,
as heretofore.
SECTION 2. That during any absence from the City of
C. W. Tomlinson, City Clerk, D. J. Cleary
be authorized to sign said City vouchers or warrants,
as Deputy City Clerk, signing as follows:

By D. J. CLEARY, Deputy
any
and, during/absence from the City of Claude A. Renshaw,
City Manager that D. Richard Mead be authorized to counter-
sign said City vouchers or warrants, as Finance Committee-
man.
SECTION 3. That Resolution No. 1220, passed and adop-
ted November 18th 1925 Resolution No. 1536
passed and adopted September 12th, 1925 and Resolution
No. 2307, passed and adopted September 9th, 1930, each
in turn giving authority for the signing of vouchers,
be and they are hereby rescinded.
SECTION 11. That a certified copy hereof be supplied
to each City Depository.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, A.D.
