Resolution 2510 RESOLUTION NO. 2510
WHEREAS, Dr. Leon Rex Felt proposes to make ap-
plication to the War Department for permission to con-
struct a temporary dock in Biscayne Bay off Lot 12,
Block 1, Rivo Alto Island, within the municipal lim-
its of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown
upon drawing marked:
"PROPOSED TEMPORARY DOCK
ON BISCAYNE BAY
AT RIVO ALTO ISLAND
MIAMI BEACH FLA
APPLICATION BY DR. LEON REX FELT
DEC 22 - 1931"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Dr.
Leon Rex Felt will not interfere with any plans for
work which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
